I purchased a house from Gary in Tennessee prior to Gary I was working with an agent that was more concerned about her commission than anything else she was trying to sell me a house with foundation issues and I was overpaying for the home. I backed out of that house and found Gary which was a blessing. I am an out of state buyer and Gary got me a great deal on a house I was ready to over pay for the house but Gary insisted on pulling comps and the home would not have appraised for the price I was going to offer. Gary saved me a ton of money. He is a true professional and he takes a fiduciary relationship very serious. He has many years of experience behind him and he actually cares about his clients and he looks out for your best interest. HE IS A DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH!!!!
